From the moment I stepped into the Holiday Inn New Orleans West Bank Tower, I was pleasantly amazed by the well-decorated interior, setting the perfect festive mood for December. the room was exceptional - spacious, clean, and with a breathtaking city view. the bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff, especially Dawn at the front desk and Chelsea in the restaurant, were top-notch. Despite being understaffed, they delivered exceptional service. the Round House Bar and Grill offered a delightful menu and a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's proximity to the French Quarter made it a convenient choice for experiencing the best of New Orleans' culture and nightlife. the property's versatility in hosting events, along with customizable catering options, makes it a great choice for business travelers and families alike. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return with friends for another fantastic stay.
